7. Limitation of Liability

Lumina Strategy Group BV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
